The client, a frozen food producer located in Northern France, came to Jacob White for a semi-automatic solution for each of their factories to help speed up production and increase consistency. Their main requirements were:

The extensive, variable speed range can be adjusted according to the product size and packaging material, or board weight and size adjustments can be made using a quick release/changeover mechanism with minimum downtime and no parts changes needed.
