About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Haas CNC Mill Operator for our Dartford, Kent location. This is a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start available. As a Haas CNC Mill Operator, you will machine components to precision limits and contribute significantly to our low volume, high precision runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and operate a Haas CNC Mill.
• Produce one-off and multiple parts to drawings.
• Report to the machine shop supervisor directly.
• Maintain cleanliness of own area and workshop.
• Collaborate effectively within our team.
• Uphold our health and safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Haas programming experience is beneficial, but not a requirement.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, use measuring equipment, and understand tolerances.
• Ability to conduct your own self-checking.
• Ideally, you should have a background in mechanical engineering and familiarity with machine shop technology and working practices.

Work Schedule:

Standard hours are 39 per week from Monday to Friday (07.45-16.15), with overtime available as required.
