The Jacob White NS-X 2 has been designed with flexibility in mind. Its ability to handle a wide range of products, orientations and carton sizes makes it the right approach to enhance packaging efficiency in all industries. Flexible enough to handle even the most delicate items, the NS-X 2 is the ideal solution for box tissue packaging, completing packaging line automation for tissue producers of all sizes.

Using an automatic carton erecting system, cartons are vacuum picked and erected before being placed gently onto flighted chains. Servo motor drives ensure precise carton indexing and erecting, loading, closure and sealing becomes a smooth and seamless process.

The NS-X 2 cartoner features user-friendly touchscreen controls to simplify and improve the efficiency of operation and changeover. The machine is PLC controlled, which supports program changes and with no change of parts required, significantly minimises downtime.
