Jacob White at ProPak Philippines 2020

Posted by Carla Colwell
06th February, 2020

ProPak Philippines 2020 is underway and Jacob White is here! This year, we’re also proud sponsors of the Philippine Bobsled team, who are participating in the next Olympics. Come and see us at stand D21 over the next two days at the World Trade Centre Metro Manila, Pasay City, talk to us about automating your packaging line and support your team.

What’s here at ProPak Philippines?

This year, we’re seeing the inclusion of PlasPak, which will showcase the plastics packaging industry’s call for constantly-evolving solutions and innovations to tackle this hotly debated issue. This reinforces many industry professionals’ views that the plastics packaging sector can be part of the solution and not the problem.

ProPak Philippines is one of the must-attend events for the region of the show calendar. With some of the world’s best international manufacturers and suppliers of technology, machines and materials over a wide range of sectors, it is the perfect place to find new products and innovations. The show runs until 7th February 2020 and we are happy to chat with you about your ideas for your packaging processes.

Conferences and seminars

Opportunities for networking and industry discussion are always widespread at ProPak events and attendees can benefit from meeting and networking with government representatives, associations and private sector industry. This year sees a busy conference hall with speakers from the food and beverage and pharmaceutical processing and packaging sectors leading the way.

There is also a range of workshops for attendees including PIP guidance from the Australian Institute of Packaging, who this year are also running a training course in flexible packaging. The plastics topics covered by the Philippine Pharma Manufacturers Association promise to be interesting – “Supplier Qualification Process-Raw and Packaging Materials, Transport Providers” and “Plastics: The Road to Sustainable Future.” Plastics awareness and the effect on the packaging industry are being consumer-driven all over the world. Events like these provide a great opportunity to come together to find ever-greater innovation in every sector.

Come and see us

Jacob White looks forward to the networking opportunities these events offer. We enjoy meeting both existing and potential new clients and hearing your views about the industry and your sector. For more than 100 years, we’ve been working closely with our peers and clients to deliver some of the most reliable, cost- and energy-efficient packaging machines on the market.
