Two new Jacob White packaging machines installed in Lebanon
Jacob White is pleased to announce the sale of two new packaging machines for clients in Lebanon at the end of last year. One client has expanded its existing range of our packaging machines and another liked his second-hand purchase so much that he has taken on a brand-new version.
These sales further establish our business relationships in the Middle East packaging industry, where we are popular because we easily meet the exacting standards of our clients in this region. We work closely with both new and existing clients, and customise a range of manual, semi-automatic and fully automated packaging machines to deliver the best approach to precise requirements.
Each of our clients in Lebanon had experienced the benefits that automation brings to the packaging line and both came to us after using our machines.
Lebanon cereal products packaging streamlined
The client returned to Jacob White to help expand and further streamline the packaging process for its multi-products range. Having worked with the client before, we already had a deep understanding of company processes and key operations. We were able to recommend an RSB-3 semi-automatic packaging machine to speed up output and minimise downtime during product run changeovers.

Powdered food business is so impressed, it buys another machine
Also, in Lebanon at the end of last year, Jacob White was approached by a powdered food products company for a TFS cartoning machine. The business had purchased one on the second-hand market and been so impressed with the performance that they came to us for a new machine. The heavy welded stainless-steel frame is designed for three-shift operation and tick food hygiene regulation boxes across the board.

Maintenance and support on a global scale
Jacob White is based in the UK, but we have installed packaging machines in the Middle East, Australia, Europe and the US too. Parts, maintenance and service support are key factors for any operation, and it is important to us to make sure you are looked after – wherever you are in the world.
During the COVID-19 crisis, travelling to trade shows and customer facilities has been hampered, certainly, but it doesn’t stop the wheels from turning. We have been there for our global clients, supporting them with time-sensitive deliveries, accelerated turnaround and even offered temporary machine hire where possible.
